- Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge, delivering within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: There is no courier or delivery charge applicable to your orders. We have free shipping for all orders placed on www.Pheran.co . Calculated at checkout based on your location. In some cases Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000.
International Shipping:
- We ship to select countries globally.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 10-14 business days, depending on customs processing.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their country.
Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your order on the shipping provider’s website.

- Pheran is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim with the shipping provider.
