  •  Custom or tailored orders may take 7-10 business days for processing.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge, delivering within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Costs: There is no courier or delivery charge applicable to your orders. We have free shipping for all orders placed on www.Pheran.co . Calculated at checkout based on your location. In some cases Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000.


International Shipping:

  • We ship to select countries globally.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 10-14 business days, depending on customs processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their country.


Order Tracking:

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order on the shipping provider’s website.


Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and selected shipping method at checkout.

  

Customs and Duties:

  • For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • Pheran is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim with the shipping provider.
